Our client owns many 50 to 60 year old factory units and warehouses near Heathrow. One of their tenants, a major parcel delivery company, vacated a large unit. The new tenants required a completely different set-up. We stripped all the asbestos cement roofing and cladding and installed new composite panels and plastisol flashings. The client also required the installation of eleven full-sized roller shutter doors to admit articulated lorries for accident repair and sign writing.

The total area for cladding and sheeting was approximately 2,000 square metres.
