Unifold Gutter Liner

Gutters discharge into buildings predominantly due to joint failure but also due to substrate failure caused by severe corrosion. In today’s unpredictable weather and torrential downpours gutters can also be overwhelmed and surcharge during heavy periods of rain.

What is required is a system that has been designed and engineered to correctly address these problems, that will maximise the available space within the existing gutter cavity, will remain rigid and stable in service, offer an exceptional life span and be guaranteed not to leak.

Streamline Gutter

A Plastisol coated steel eaves gutter will be fabricated as a verge flashing to form a shadow-line construction at the roof to wall junction of the building. The new gutter will be supported from the roof cladding using support arms sealed and fixed over the corrugations of the new roof profile.

The support arms can be colour matched to suit the roof sheets. The new guttering will be complete with profiled rainwater pipes to match and will be protected by a high performance or plastisol coating.

Eco-Liner

The Eco-LINER system is an economical, eco-friendly, high quality gutter lining system designed to be problem free and used where the technical abilities of the Unifold system are not required.

Quality and longevity of materials are of paramount importance and Eco-LINER is manufactured from a laminate comprising a high quality eco-friendly thermo-plastic membrane, permanently pressure bonded to a galvanized and coated steel substrate that when installed, provides a very rigid gutter lining.

It has a hinge system that allows ease of access and the maximization of available space within the existing gutter cavity.
