Area Sales Manager
There exists an opportunity to join our successful sales team to further develop an area of the South East including a degree of work in London and the home counties.
The position involves creating new business/client contacts with a view to securing contracts both as a singular or on-going concern. Tenders and council opportunities also exist with a percentage of work through preferred contractors benefits.
The need to service accounts is of paramount importance, as 75% of our work is gained through repeat business or recommendations.
A knowledge of the industrial roofing and cladding industry, including composite panels, single ply, built up felt roofing is required together with a proven record in sales or account management within the specific industry.
A generous, flexible salary with O.T.E. of between 40-50k is on offer, with the realistic possibility of increasing final remuneration beyond 50k with over target sales and enhanced performance margins directly related to an individuals ability and success. All relevant and usual benefits, including company car, are included with the position. A final tailored package would be agreed to suit the successful candidate.
Full office back-up including assistance in generating new leads and a large capital spend on advertising is overseen at Director level to assist in promoting the Company.
